Therefore we will make our own inquiries and not rely on provided information in making our final decision to purchase. • All information supplied, is our responsibility to verify and confirm, and we agree not to hold Hodge Business Brokers or its salespersons and authorized personnel responsible for its accuracy, liability, or loss suffered by us in relation to the information contained in the profile. • The business profile and material and all things connected and related to this material are confidential and we agree not to disclose them to any other person except our legal, accounting, financial advisers and bankers but then only on the basis that they have agreed to keep this information confidential. • We agree not to disclose or use information or contacts provided to us or other parties to become competitors. • All inspections of the business are to be by an appointment arranged and organized through Hodge Business Brokers only, and we agree not to attempt to inspect the business or the premises upon which the business is carried on or contact the Seller or the businesses employees direct other than through and with Hodge Business Brokers. • I/We understand that Hodge Business Brokers and or its personnel are not Investment and Financial advisors. Its role in this matter is to simply relay information on the business/es in question, as provided by the Sellers in its capacity as a representative of the Seller. • We understand Hodge Business Brokers does not: o Investigate the truth or accuracy of the information given to us nor go through any due diligence process in relation to it. o Make any professional or other judgment about the material supplied by the Vendor. o Assess the truth or accuracy of the information provided to us by the Vendor. or Cont.
